How stay was good and staff were ok too

Comfort of room and near groceries

15 minutes walk to the train station though there was a shuttle every hour.

it was just ok… pro tip: do not eat at Palm Court.

it had the basics (beds, housekeeping, shower, elevators) pro - the beds were comfortable, neighbourhood was quiet

it was a bit of a walk to a metro station. concierge staff didn’t seem too helpful or knowledgeable on transpo options. common areas are a bit dirty.

for short quarantine stay is ok but not price wise

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. since we were on three days quarantine didn't come into contact with other staff.

Hotel corridors and lifts looked gloomy and dated. lighting and decor could have been brighter. Also checking out through service lift and carpark wasn't a nice experience. But suppose being a quarantine hotel this is understandable.food supplied could have been better.

Kind staff and fast deliver whenever we order sth

Daily option for meal was good compare to other hotel which provide only standard meal every day Fast delivery service internally after having outside food what we ordered Hope to prepare more kind of wine

Small room even ask more bigger No facility for workouts in the room say treadmill, barbell, etc

- Decently spacious room (Superior Room) - Decent pillow selection; could ask housekeeping for specific type of pillow from choice of four - Sent packages/food deliveries up to room efficiently (more often than not), usually in 5-20 minutes - Clear quarantine instructions/guidelines; smooth check-in and responsive reception - Solid wifi speed of 70+mbps download and upload - Toilet water contained disinfectant Meh: - Food is passable, don't expect too much variety on the menu

- Minor stains and hairs on towels - Carpet could’ve been cleaner - Small luggage rack - USB charging station on bedside table didn't work - Furnishings could use a refresh
