In general the stay was ok as we were staying here mainly to catch flight.

The location suits us well. It is 10mins drive from airport and the hotel offers free shuttle every 20mins.

The breakfast was disappointing. We were having our breakfast at 7am, all the pantry items( bread, croissant, pancake) tasted stale as if they were leftover from previous days.

Disappointing front desk manager. Other staff was fine

The front desk manager was very slow to react to an out of service escalator. There was actually one just 1 min round the corner. Instead of directing arriving guests to the functioning escalator, she told everyone to walk down with their luggages! When i pointed it out to her, she just laughed it off, as if it was none of her business

Conviniently nearby the airport

the hotel is conveniently located nearby the airport and the citygate outlets. the hotel offers free transfer from and to the airport on a regular schedule. the room is spacious and comfortable for two people.

the room needed better maintenance. it is very old, its layout and furniture is outdated. feels like you are going back in time right to early 90s. there is a strong smell of mold all over the corridors. breakfast was extremely expensive for what is offered. we couldn’t use the pool due to rain and thunderstorms.

location is excellent. very convenient with MTR within walking distance. room aircon powerful and bed is comfortable.

room light too soft. one the toilet lights above the bathtub is not working. furniture is a bit worn. drinking cup not properly washed.

Highly recommend this property, nice comfortable feeling to it.

Location, ease of access, we arrived on an early morning flight and our room was available, much appreciated as we hadn’t slept for 36 hours.

I thought the nightly buffet meal didn’t really suit Westerners, expensive for what was on offer.

The location of Novotel Citygate is quite convenient for transit passengers who want to stay near the airport with excellent shopping facilities nearby.

Nice stay, great staff, will book again.

clean, nice and quiet room with big window. Room is standard size but has floating shelfs to place small items.

there is not much kid friendly cafes nearby so grab something to go around the subway station before walking back to the hotel.

The best location for me nearby Citygate and EXPO Free shuttle and helpful staff comfortable Bed Nice view

I have stayed in Novotel multiple times, but still old-fashioned and somewhat outdated. The bathroom sink got stuck and took me a long time to fix. The restaurant buffet every day has the same menu (please be creative) Once the open TV, see the +18 content

Nice place and I will be back again

Pleasant View, the Location is very near the Airport and a big Mall and Cable car and Disneyland, Very Nice Staff and well take care of me. Good smell all around the hotel. They have a bus service from Airport to Hotel round way. Varieties of Breakfast

My first room had air breath dusty but when I asked reception to change the room all good. Late night can not find a restaurant around the hotel but can order food delivery

Serves the basics of accommodation. Cleanliness of gym and my room left a bad taste.

The breakfast had great scrambled eggs when the fresh batch came out. That was enough of a winner for me. I heard from colleagues that the fishball noodle was great. Location was superb for me since I work near the airport and with a mega outlet mall to boot. It was convenient to get some shopping done and settle meals.

The cleanliness of the room leaves more to be desired. My room had long hair stuck on the shower head when i first checked in. I totally understand that Accor is going towards sustainability and decided that everything was only available on request. Personally, I would've preferred if at least one set of toiletries/amenity kits were provided on first check in and then only replaced on request or at check in, the counter staff can check with the guest if they required these items and have housekeeping send them up. The cleanliness of the gym was bad. The treadmills were covered in sweat stains and there was no gym towel provided. There was a reception-like counter before the gym entrance but I've not seen it manned during my time there. The workout mats provided were old and dirty and needed replacing. Perhaps Novotel is an old hotel or I was unlucky.

Location - A++ Room A+ - Some milk in the room and some tea bags and a kettle would be great. The front office staff were fantastic and super helpful Overall location and facilities are superb
