Overall, we loved the relaxed atmosphere surrounding the hotel. The restaurant was great, with an amazing breakfast and the option to order off the menu. The location is truly out in the countryside, far from any major city, which made it quiet and wonderfully relaxing. It was a peaceful escape that helped us slow down and recharge.
It was quite far from everything. If you want to travel into the city, you either need to take a ferry or a long ride through the mountains by bus or taxi, which can get expensive. The hotel itself was also a bit run-down, and some upgrades would definitely improve the experience

Excellent customer service!
I know that he just follows company’s rules and regulations but he’s not able to let me borrow the weighing scales to weigh my luggage’s!

I loved the location of this hotel. Mui Wo was gorgeous and peaceful. The hotel staff were very helpful. And I really loved the view of the beach from my hotel room.
I really wish they would have advertised the sauna! Lol I didn’t know about it until my last night when I went to do my laundry.
