Location was amazing - right behind the Palais des ducs/place de liberation. Well equipped kitchen for a couple of nights. Good to have coffee machine full of beans.
Carpet could do with a thorough clean.

The hotel staff were very friendly and able to answer all questions. The breakfast was outstanding and the location was very convenient.
The only complaint was that we moved our room from the offsite location to onsite to remain with our traveling companions. The room was VERY hot with the air conditioning/mini split located at the door entry point. In retrospect, I wish we would have taken the first option which was a three minute walk offsite for a better room which had paid for in advance.
