Gorgeous property - situated on the outskirts of Montpellier but you feel a million miles away from a city. Beautiful grounds and the hotel is very impressive in terms of decor, comfort and amenities. The staff were very accommodating and the food was superb in both restaurants.

The property is exceptional and it is in lovely surroundings. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are pretty perfect.
The issue was that the staff seem out of their depth and dinner on the first night was so bad that we never ate in the restaurant again.
The air con could also be better.

Location , quality of food
The room in the old part requires updating. The multilight accessory switch was a nightmare to work. Not all buttons worked, some covered in tape. Aircon in the dressing room couldn’t be turned off making it difficult to sleep at night. Shower takes a very long time before the hot water arrives. We have been twice before. Now you have to reserve and pay for a sunbed by the pool. We were not informed . All beds were reserved. We were given two beds at the rear and noted none of the beds in front were used
