Celenya Hôtel

The staff was awesome. The receptionist answered all my questions. He was kind and helpful. The room was small, clean and with big terrace with beautiful view. It’s very close to the center and to the bus station. It’s good to know that they speak English!

I didn’t see any hair dryer. Maybe they have, but you have to ask at the reception.

In hotel: Large single bed - not double as stated Bad smell in hallway and room A few ants in bathroom Bathroom door doesn't close due to terrible design where light switch is located at sliding door end. Lift barely fits 2 people Access to rooms are on outside of hotel via code Breakfast was sub standard considering 11€ price Coffee (or whatever it was) tasted like an attempt at providing any sort of hot beverage. Window doesn't close Bathroom design is awkward (small, tight space can cause issues for tall and big people) Aircon is old and loud 50€ charge is ok but given how the low standard of the room, unsure if it warrants but perhaps its due to certain types of guests they have/had in the past. Other non-essential issues not related to the hotel but might useful for guests to know. Our observation: Staff member was doing reception, facilities, baking, cleaning, dishwashing etc. Given the number of guests at breakfast I don't think it was fair for one person to be expected to do everything. Despite that, she was very friendly and attentive and ran around to make sure everyone was looked after. Difficult to access if coming by car, especially during busy times example during game nights, bad traffic due to road works.
