Comfortable hotel with secure parking close to centre of Chartres. Friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds. If you’re visiting in August, don’t miss the Son et Lumière!
All good

Clean, and quiet, with a friendly staff.
On one side of the bed there are no electrical outlets at all—just two, old-fashionned USB-A slots, which none of my devices use, any more. The next closest electrical outlet under the window didn’t work at all. So, the only electrical outlets available were under the TV.

Secure parking, good location, friendly staff
No kettle in the room but you are able to get drinks in reception.
Pillows very hard

Once we found the hotel which was difficult we enjoyed our stay, the location 350m from the Cathedral and restaurants was spot on.
The breakfast was chaotic you had to ask for everything which for a serve yourself buffet type was annoying juice machines not working people of various Nationalities wandering about bemused a poor show.
