Modern hotel only 8 minutes walk from Chateau Fontainebleau main gate. Comfortable rooms. Quiet street, yet only short walk away from center of town . Clean property.
They do a big buffet dinner with live music on Saturday's. Its very well attended.
The guest room hallways colour is very dark. Shockingly so. A lighter colour would be brighter and more inviting.

Situated 600 metres from the Chateau, which was our reason for being there.
Parking on site.
Excellent room, with a very comfy bed, walk-in shower and spotlessly clean.
Very welcoming and friendly staff.
Advertised on Booking.com as having 2 pools. This was a big bonus as my wife is a long distance swimmer.... and swims every day.
The reality was one pool, claiming to be two, 'cos part of it had a canopy over it. The other half didn't. 🤷♂️
Pool was maybe ten metres in length at most. Add in children and adults jumping in, and on one occasion two adults getting 'romantic' in the corner and it was unusable.
This is okay.. we don't own the pool.... but be honest about what it is.

Nice outside area with lots of seating. Good pool
No ambience. Room a long way from the lift. Difficult to step in and out of bath for shower.
