Clean and comfy. Arrived for one night enroute to south of France. Two kids ages 9 and 10 and all was good. Had one family room which was perfect. Swimming pool aswell. Breakfast was continental. Only complaint was there wasn’t much left when we got to breakfast but the staff refilled without any problems. But far off the highway but quiet safe location. Left bikes on the outside of the car no problem overnight. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would reccomend

Great location for visiting nearby Tours, and close to a really pretty lake for a morning walk. The hotel has good facilities, the room was comfortable. There was air conditioning, but it was kept to a preset setting. The toiletries and tissues in the room were nice. The swimming pool and spa were a little bit old, but still functional and enjoyable. The gym was quite limited, a few cardio machines and one barbell, but absolutely better than nothing! Also, we stayed for one night during our honeymoon travels and they added some lovely decoration to the room, this was a lovely touch and we appreciated it a lot!
Staff tending the bar don’t know how to prepare drinks! One poured a pint that was 50% head and didn’t top it up, and another didn’t know how to make an Aperol spritz, they had to ask another member of staff who took over and made it completely incorrectly! Also had to ask to go and find staff and ask to be served at the bar, it wasn’t tended. This wasn’t very good.

Bed was huge and very comfortable.
Handy mini fridge with a few drinks.
Hotel is in need of decorating.
It's looking very shabby.
The curtains in our room were filthy!
