Location superb , room very comfortable , breakfast was adequate would of been a lot better if cooked items and plates were hot not cold.

I liked the welcome at check in and the atmosphere as I passed through the hotel. The public areas looked very clean and very tidy, and the bar looked very inviting!
I was given room 107 which had a view of the garden. The room looked perfect and I settled myself in. I prepared my change of clothes and got ready to take a shower. Before getting in the shower I lifted the toilet seat to urinate, and the toilet was full of excrement! I telephoned reception and asked for another room which they arranged. I get dressed, gathered my belongings and went to reception to change the key for the 2nd room. On entering the 2nd room all was well except I have to say the bathroom was still not particularly clean, the door frame was too wide for the door so it could not be closed, there was stained and dirty grout, and overall it was looking rather tired. Not what I would expect for 140.00 euros!
