Check in was easy. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was comfortable. The shower and toilet were clean. The restaurant had a good choice of food and breakfast was more than adequate.
The pool and play area were good if you had children with you.
Mainly the public areas were not great in terms of being tired and in need of a freshen up, the lift was out of action and the stair well was very smelly and did not look clean.

Comfortable bed, slept very well, enclosed parking lot, close proximity of tram stop
Looking worn, rooms and buildings. Not enough loo paper. Hot breakfast items poor.
