Good price. Comfortable. Basic but we knew that when booking. Had all the facilities we needed.
Lots of parking. No noise from traffic or other guests.
Would be nice if more was made of the outdoor space. Garden furniture etc.
We noticed an out of action swimming pool. That would have made the stay even better and we'd have been willing to pay a little more if that was open.

Value for money. You can do your thing without cleaning personal trying to get into your room. Good parking space. In the close neighborhood some nice bars and restaurants.
Entrance bit hidden, missed it the first time. Quite a drive to the center of the city. No airco. Toilet in a tiny place.
