Breakfast was amazing,
Staff were all really friendly and helpful.
I liked having the fridge and bottle opener etc in the room,
The safe worked,
Bag storage was good for us as we were early but not for others.
Two quilts on the bed was not nice,
The bedsheet did not fit well,
The location is not great in terms of feeling unsafe outside,
Bathroom is a little dated.
Room was not cleaned on the first day.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out and had power points on both sides of the double bed to allow for devices to be charged overnight. The hotel has a lift and the shower was walk-in which is beneficial for those with limited mobility. It is close to the central station so there is easy access to the train, and S Bahn. The room was clean. Our flight to Singapore left at 9:30PM but we were able to secure (at cost) a late checkout at 6:00pm. This was extremely worthwhile allowing us to rest and shower before the 16+ hours of travel ahead. However, the hotel does store bags for the day if you check out at the regular time.
The hotel has room service and a bar area where food could be eaten but if you want to sit at a table, the only option was the tables on the street outside.

A/c was very good. Hotel staff was nice.
Room was too tight. Around the hotel dirty smelly streets . Felt like people pissed everywhere in the streets around the hotel. A lot of cheap dirty food around the hotel.
