I liked the staff the most. The staff is incredible friendly. I seldom found any better staff. Please never get rid of them.

Good and simply breakfast with japanese miso soup.
Room quiet and sufficiently spacious
Location is great to reach the train station, only 5 min away walking (and just on opposite side of the natiinal/international bus station)
Staff very friendly and efficient
Good price/quality ratio
Japanese style toilet (washlet)
Some moisture smell in the bathroom, ventilation seems to not work properly

The location is excellent, the wi-fi is also very good. Room size is ok, with Japanese vibe. Breakfast is also nice.
On the second day, there weren’t many options for breakfast if you arrive later. My room was on the first floor, and it can get noisy, since it was facing the terrace.

Close to the main station in Frankfurt
The room was smelling very bad like humidity, the hotel is in a good location but is a dangerous area we had to be careful all time.
