Every thing is good, especially location is very convenient, easy to get all attractions by walk

If there’s kettle in the room, that’s much better .

The location was excellent. We were able to park a nine-passenger van just behind the hotel in their private parking lot. It was easy to find, and we had no problem driving within the walls to reach it. The hotel was beautiful on the outside and tastefully decorated - reminded me of going to my grandma's home years ago as there were some antiques, etc. The primary downside was that although the staff were super friendly, they did not communicate real well in English - a very strong oriental accent that we had trouble understanding. We were better able to communicate with staff at other hotels in Europe whose native languages were German, French, Polish, or Italian simple because their accents were easier for us to understand personally. It was nice that the staff were professional and doing their best to communicate and be helpful, though. Probably due to the communication issues, we were directed to haul our luggage down long hallways and up/down many stairs and steps to our rooms. Then, after they directed us how to move the car from temporary parking out front to their private log in the back, we realized that there was an exterior door adjacent to our room directly into the parking lot on that level! So, we could have saved a lot of effort had we just parked back there and hauled our luggage directly into room. LOL. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The a/c worked very well. The breakfast was very nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed having dinner at their restaurant. The schnitzel was the best we had on our whole trip.

Just communication, but they were trying so hard and so courteous!

Room is small and although there was a fan it was very warm throughout the night.
