Some areas in the hotel smell like cigarettes, which is disgusting

I think breakfast was overpriced. Reception told us it was included so we went for it but it was too early and the. Not included

"This was in a great location. Walking distance to the zoo and the old town. Plus shopping centres were 100m away . Staff were lovely. Rooms were spacious. The pool and gym were lovely"
