Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Not too loud. Convenient location. Food places right outside and a supermarket just a few mins walk away. Great for a pit stop.
The bathroom was not clean. Black mold between tiles and on ceiling and the shower controls broken and parts missing.

Very good value for money. Comfortable beds. Free parking close nearby.
Room was advertised with Air-conditioning but didn't have any. Only a fan above the bed which took quite a while to operate as there were no instructions. The bathroom smelled like the urinal in a football stadium - very very bad.
It would be nice to have a fridge and some coffee/tea making facilities.

The hotel had a quick check in, good parking, easy to access, comfortable room and very large room with clean facilities.
Unfortunately are stay was ruined by a very large and loud party of guests who decided to use the hotel as a party palace for the night, shouting on corridors and outside the rooms. Are sleep was completely disrupted which was very annoying as we had a long drive the next day and this defeated the whole point in staying in the hotel. When we asked at reception the next morning we were told the night porter was on-duty and we should have got up in the the middle of the night and asked at reception and we would be offered a change of room! This is difficult to understand as the room and the crowd of aggressively loud guests were directly adjacent and visible to reception! And second of all you expect me to get up in the night walk through these drunk people and complain in front of them and then be expected to move myself, partner and all my items at 02:00 to another room past these people?!?
I would have expected the night porter to have dealt with this problem themselves or if needed call in extra security of the hotel to deal with these guests within a reasonable time! I expected the majority of the other guests were also heavily disrupted.
It is very disappointing because otherwise as stated the hotel was perfect for us and are needs.
