It's located in residential area but very easy to access from Old Town and Train Station. And our 4 pax room can view the mountain when sunrise and sunset, very pretty look and can't miss. Owner is good and there have bicycle to rent, but if you want to cycling to other lake around Fussen, you may need to rent a Electric Bike from other bike rental company, cos LA Hotel only normal bike.

I booked three rooms for a family trip. Our group had some special needs and the staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the old city as well as the train and bus stations, with a supermarket nearby. One of our rooms also had a balcony with a view of the castle. We particularly appreciated the common room, with a fridge and free coffee and tea, including a large choice of herbal tea — probably one of the few places I’ve ever stayed that offered herbal tea! Some drinks, such as soda and beer, were also available for an additional fee.
The common room could be better equipped, for example there was no bottle opener, only a limited number of tableware (esp. spoons), and no sink or tap water (although the staff kindly provided bottles of tap water). There was also no microwave. It was possible to ask the staff to heat things up when they were in the kitchen, but this didn’t always fit our schedule, and the children couldn’t always prepare their hot chocolate. Having a kettle/boiler in the rooms, or at least one available on the first floor, would also have been convenient.

The room was clean with the exact details prescribed in the post. The location is very nice and is very near to the town center. We had a parking spot as well, so the hassle of finding the parking slot was also not there. We like the accomodation as well. As we travelled with a toddler, we were quite satisfied as the room was compact and very clean. A definite recommendation to stay in Fuessen!

Parking was poor, had to pay to park on an unsecured area, driveway was unfinished which caused me to loose control of my motorcycle
