Nice hotel, perfectly located for the purposes of our visit to run parkrun in Ziegelwiese park just a 15 minute run from the hotel. Good secure parking under the hotel for a minimal fee and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room as clean & comfortable and there were shops conveniently located right next to the hotel. Although we didn't use them there were good transport links and the hotel supplied a free travel pass for the trams should be wish to use them.
Nothing really, for the money I paid the standards were extremely good.

Friendly staff and cleanness.
We got free tickets for public transport during our stay. There are supermarkets clos to the hotel even late at night. There is a tram station directly in front of the hotel.
The room is equipped minimally. There is a very small tv set, no mini bar, no safe and no electric kettle or coffee maker. The parking place isn't free.
