Staff was very friendly. Often at least one person at the front desk that spoke English. I had a great stay
The food wasn't the best and often sold out late at night. And there were some stains in the carpet.

房间整体还可以 床挺舒服的
minibar每天都有续 水给的也不少
想要耳塞也很快送到了
地理位置也还不错 附近就有地铁 打车也挺方便 后面的一条街都是吃的
这么大一个房间 好几个插座都是无法使用或者usb接口是没有电的 不能理解
没有什么换气的窗口 只有非常小而且高的一个窗户
厕所也没有换气设施 屋子里容易有味道
房卡刷电梯需要摁在上面再摁楼层 开始刷了半天都没用 而且没有声音 进房间也这样 不知道为什么是这么反人类的设计

Very clean and quiet rooms. Location is excellent with many food available nearby. Close to a few underground stations - easy to go airport actually as underground in Wuhan works very well. Breakfast has many choices. Room service is also good as cleaning ladies are friendly.
Gym is a bit difficult to find. Room is slightly a bit dark in my case and aircon temperature is a bit too low but can turn off for a while.
