As the temperatures in Germany broke records day after day we were glad that we booked a room with air conditioning. The staff had switched it on before arrival so we arrived in a pre-cooled room. We booked a luxurious room and where not disappointed: very spacious including kitchenette, fridge/freezer. Very nice breakfast on the roof terrace, with a view, to top it all off.
The initial reception when we arrived early to store our luggage was cold. This changed very quickly though and staff has been wonderful. Good restaurant recommendations and friendly service, also over breakfast.

Hotel mit Frühstücksraum im 8. Stock. Hier gibt es einen wirklich schöne Aussicht fast rundum. Zum Verweilen stehen Liegen und Stühle zur Verfügung.
Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich.
Das Haus liegt etwa 15-20 Minuten entfernt von der Altstadt. Es ist schon älter aber einigermaßen gut renoviert. Die Zimmer sind überschaubar groß, die Betten sehr schmal.
Das Frühstück, für welches aktuell 16 Euro verrechnet werden war überhaupt nicht überzeugend. Um kurz nach 09:00 am Samstag gab es nur noch aufgebackene Brötchen. Die Teigwaren schmeckten nicht und die eine Kaffeemaschine führte zu einer langen Reihe an Wartenden. Da konnten auch die einzelnen abgefüllten, kleinen Thermoskannen mit Kaffee nicht wirklich helfen.
