We used the hotel as a stop on our way south. Very much appreciated the free parking. The hotel facilities were excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Just the location and room size.
No air condition, no fridge, no regular cleaning, pillows are not good, not good breakfast and no iron board. That’s definitely not four star hotel.
