All staff were very friendly and I felt our convenience and comfort was in their best interests. They were all kind to our children. Kids club had diverse activities. The Easter program they prepared were absolutely the highlights, including the Easter bonfire and egg hunting.

Children's swimming time was restricted to 10-12 and 15-18. I only felt it was a slight downside, as we couldn't use the pool with the children any time of the day.

It was our second time at this resort, we do like the calming atmosphere and facilities, breakfasts are delicious, territory is big enough to spend time outside all the day long. Great lake side view!

Very impolite lady at the children club continuously talking they are not a kindergarten in a very irritated manner.

The bar (drinks & food) and the location

Massages weren't available even once I asked in advance. The pool was crowded and every chair was being "reserved" by an unsupervised towel. Dinner - staff keeps checking in on you if they could take the plate. The meat was also very tough and not good to chew. Breakfast- the same thing happened, staff came multiple times to check in. Kinda annoying! Room- the room was neat and clean-ish! The bathroom had enough towels for two people. The shower head was the size of a golf ball and kinda a rip off with how much ypu pay for the rooms. .
