It’s was close to heideparc and major attractions. Very central.
First day we arrived we were not even greeted or welcomed properly. It was our first time visiting. The staff was very cold and we felt very unwelcome. During our breakfast the next morning we were rushed and warned that breakfast is only to 10:00am. Breakfast selection was standard. When we ordered a latte macchiato, everything was done with frustration. The rooms were clean and comfortable (standard). Given that we paid 190euros/ night I think personally I have stayed at better places with better services. Overpriced in my opinion and you don’t get what you paid for.
