Immer wieder erfreut bin ich über die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Ein weiterer Punkt ist die sehr exklusive Lage dieses Objektes. Man hat einen Überblick über die komplette Umgebung. Einfach Herrlich.
Hier kann ich von meiner Seite nichts bemängeln, da wir in allen Belangen sehr zufrieden waren.

Das Hotel Berghof wird mit sehr viel Liebe vom Eigentümer wie auch den Angestellten geführt. Wir haben uns zusammen mit unserem Hund sehr Wohlgefühlt. Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Mit Hund war alles kein Problem auch ihm hat es Spaß gemacht. Alles in allem ein gelungener und sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben das Hotel schon weiter empfohlen.

When we visit the Erzgebirge region we usually stay in another gasthaus, but it was closed. So we made a one night reservation at this one and decided to stay a 2nd night. The room was clean and the hotel had cute displays of local wood figurines and toys. Breakfast was good and dinner was excellent! Internet worked great. Also nice to have close up parking and elevator.
Do not accept room 101! The windows are located along a busy road with cars and trucks racing by all night and day! Very noisy!
The man at the front desk as we checked out tried to bill us for a prepaid night. As I argued and showed him it was prepaid, he finally took the price of the room off the bill but left the taxes! I tried arguing it and finally gave up! Told him he needed the money more than me!
