This family home is now open for reservations to those who are looking to gather as family and friends to enjoy all that downtown Cody has to offer. The property is located on a quiet, tree lined street just two blocks from the historic Irma Hotel. Stroll downtown for dinner and drinks or afternoon ice cream cones. Four blocks to the west you'll find the Buffalo Bill Center of the West and City Park with its frequent summer entertainment. Our Place is truly a western retreat. Comfortable furnishings throughout and multiple gathering spaces make it ideal for larger groups. The main floor features an inviting living room with leather sofas, a gas fireplace and a sitting area; the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with room for everyone to share meals and stories. The master suite is like a private oasis with the queen size bed, walk in closet, television, well-lit vanity, and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located on the main level and offer queen beds. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds and bedroom 5 is a private room off the laundry room with a twin bed. A full hall bath, laundry room and sunroom round out the main floor. Movie lovers will be drawn to the basement family room with its large screen tv and sectional sofa. The basement also has a bathroom with shower and an exercise room. Outside there is a covered carport, quiet front porch and a fully fenced backyard. Gather the whole family and meet at Our Place. The house was very warm and inviting. Loved the layout and decor. it’ll allow everyone to have their own space and still adequate room to come together. able to accommodate 10+ people easily. We came for a family funeral, and we were able to relax and unwind and have a family dinner. I highly recommend this rental. If u are looking for a place to rent for your family or with a group of friends i would highly recommend this house! Thank u for making our stay a great experience’

Great home able to accommodate a good size group. Nice amenities as well. Unfortunately, furnace problems or limits meant we had little heat during the -25 to -35 days. Not pleasant. Owner attempted to repair without success.

Lock box very hard to open. No spare rolls of toilet paper. Dishwasher not securely fastened. Lights and lamps in rear bedrooms flickered….possible electrical problem. Well stocked kitchen. Good stock of towels. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent value.

Nice, clean home in a super location within 2 blocks of downtown Cody. It’s not a million-dollar mansion but it had everything we needed. It was comfortable and Worked very well for our family.

The house is in a great location for walking around downtown Cody in a safe neighborhood. It’s a very clean and well stocked home. We were there in record heat and it cooled nicely as well.

This property was used for accommodations for a family reunion. It worked great for everything. We had lots of bedrooms, it was nice and cool inside and we appreciated a refrigerator that delivered ice and water. The location to downtown Cody was very handy. The yard was not great, but it was pretty hot outside so when we weren't out and about, we were inside.

We rented this house because we were visiting Yellowstone and needed somewhere to call “home base.” Although the home was equipped with everything we needed, the photos of the home were slightly misleading. The home has no satellite television. And the neighboring homes were very run down. But it is within a perfect distance to everything in Cody. No issues with the cleanliness. We had a nice stay.

The property was overall very nice. A bit strange in the layout of the rooms, but we got by. There were a few maintenance issues that should have been corrected before we arrived. In the bathroom off the main bedroom, there was a loose towel rack. In one of the upper front windows in the LR there was a hole that looked like a gun shot. The front porch is in dire need of repainting.

We were in town to go to Yellowstone, where I proposed to my now Fiancee at Artist Point in Yellowstone. It went perfectly. We enjoyed the house so much. And the movie area was so nice. There were 8 of us and we had even more room. Truly a wonderful property we will rent again. Thank you so much.
