Walking distance to downtown, the Buffalo Bill Museum, nightly gun show, many eateries and so much more. It is a 3 level bungalow that has been completely renovated. Exceptionally clean and very well taken care of. Cody is only an hour from the East Gate of Yellowstone National Park and less than 30 minutes from the most beautiful scenic drive - Chief Joseph Highway/ Beartooth Pass. Cody's Downtown Den offers a large backyard - perfect for bbq's or bringing your pets! It has 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds as well as an additional air mattress so it can sleep large parties. 11 people can fit in this home (one person using the sectional couch). We stayed in Cody as part of a trip to Yellowstone. The house is very convenient to downtown. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice location and quiet. Very nice layout of house. We had 7 adults and two children ages 4 and 1. Bedrooms were a good size and kitchen was very efficient! Drawbacks included the microwave was in bad shape ( handle fell off that opens the door), utensils were not sufficient and no propane for the grill! In hopes the management would look into these matters,,we would stay there again.

The house was nice, however, the cleaning left a lot to be desired. TV's in the bedrooms didn't work, front door lock was broken, wet towels left in the dryer, no place to put any clothes (closets were locked & dressers were full of the owners things) refrigerator had leftover food & the freezer was filthy. I would not stay here again & wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!!

Very nice house. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. We had 10 all together nice backyard and seating area. Everything decorated beautifully. Overall a really nice house.

House is in a great location to get to restaurants and downtown activities. My group was in Cody to go fishing, so we did not spend much time in the house.

Overall great location, clean and good communication with host. No central Air and limited fans so it was quite hot. Walking distance to museum, shopping and Sierra Trading.

Katie's house is cute and decorated lovely. The living room, with new couch, was big enough to accommodate our family, though we were usually spread out throught the house. The kitchen was perfect and spacious, but the dining room table was a bit small, so we couldnt all eat together - some sat at the table, others at the kitchen counter on stools. As previously mnetioned, there are no bedrooms on the main floor, there are 2 upstairs and 2 in the basement, so keep that in mind if stairs are a problem for your party (it wasn't for ours). The backyard space is adorable, so when weather permitted, we utilized this also for dinners and such. One thing to note is that this is Katie's primary home, so there are a lot of personal effects throughout, which makes it feel lived in, but sometimes like we were imposing in their private space, i.e. pictures in her daughters' room. There is an issue with the dryer, which I informed Katie about, so hopefully that gets repaired or replaced. Thanks for sharing your home with my family, Katie & family!

Our family of 9 had been tent camping for a week and a half, from Glacier NP to Yellowstone NP. We had planned on camping in Cody but after several days of chilly weather and rain we decided to book a house. This was the first house that came up! We booked it! We felt at home immediately. This house is located perfectly to everything. It was clean, decorated to the nines and cozy! Although we were only there for 2 days, I would rent this house 10 times over if ever in Cody again!

The house was perfect for our family. We had ages 89-7yrs old. One thing to consider is there are no bedrooms on the main floor. Stairs are required for all bedrooms. House is centrally located, close to everything. Very clean and charming. Katie was quick to answer questions, very helpful. We would stay there again!

We were in Cody for a Memorial Service with family. The house was a perfect place for us. House was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed!! The location is great to walk to town and parks, beautiful neighborhood! We would like to stay again next time we’re in town!!

Thank you to Katie for sharing her warm and welcoming home. It was a great fit for three couples with a spacious kitchen plus plenty of bedrooms, sitting areas, and outdoor space. The home was very clean and well appointed. The location is super - walking distance from restaurants, shops, and museums.

This house was a perfect home for us with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The set up of the home was great. The trampoline in the back yard was an extra bonus for the little ones to get rid of some energy after being cooped up in a car for 15 hours. The house was very clean and well-kept. Katie was very easy to correspond with and was quick to reply. We have family in Cody so we'll likely be coming back and hope to stay here again.

This is a beautiful home straight out of an HGTV episode. We had 3 1/2 couples in our group and the 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were perfect. Everything we needed was there. In mid July we really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings. It was also decorated like a magazine. Highly recommend this property.
