I like everything!!!
Very nice staff. Clean rooms and hotel area. Beautiful garden area and palace hotel area. Relaxing spa-area. Taste and various breakfast. Good location.

Elegant hotel, close to the castle and city center, with nice Restaurant integrated.
Being a historical building, it does not have an elevator. Understandable of course, but something seniors might want to know.

The hotel looked lovely inside and out.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff were not particularly helpful especially during the power cut when we could not even see the stairs we were trying to climb. The breakfast buffet was lovely but no one came to take our hot food order so therefore seemed expensive . The swimming pool was cold the sauna was as also cold until we were later told it only went on after 3 and there was no English translation of any information in our room and lastly the meal in the attached restaurant for my husband’s birthday was really disappointing.
