Everything apart from breakfast services
Very disappointing treatment at breakfast - waited to be seated, ignored so sat at a laid table. After them picking up some food and halfway through eating our dishes we’re physically removed to another table. Really unnecessary outburst from the maitre d

We love everything about staying at the Central Swiss Hotel. Especially the staff.
We also love that the hotel is continuously reinvesting into the hotel and always striving to improve the premises and service

Breakfast is fine
Room was cold, not enough heat. They gave me a small electric heater … Had to keep it on all night long !!
