The location was excellent, a stone's throw from the main train station, Cornavin. It is a simple check in and check out, even if there's no staff involved, so it was quite suitable for my short stay. Bonus points to the staff for helping with a special request. After checking out, I had left some luggage for a couple of hours while strolling around town before by train out of Geneva, I had forgotten one piece of luggage, and they held it until I returned a few days later, verified it was mine and I got to retrieve it.
I'm not sure if breakfast was supposed to be an option, and if yes, it was unavailable this time, probably due to special circumstances, since there was no breakfast facility at the site. We did have a notice saying breakfast would not be available, suggesting instead we try some nearby alternatives.
