Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem riesigen Zimmer (eigentlich eher eine Suite)

Das Zimmer ist riesengross (Ausstattung fast wie in einer Suite), die Betten sind sehr weich und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das ist aber auch Geschmacksache. Die einen bekommen in weichen Betten Rückenweh, die anderen in harten Betten. Das Interieur ist passend zu dem historischen Haus etwas altbacken aber gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen im Hotelrestaurant "Benneda Huet" ist fantastisch gut. Das Früstück ist ein kleines Büffet wo die meisten auch etwas finden.

Es sind einige elektrische Lampen installiert, welche nicht funktioniert haben und an der Wand runterhängen. Da es genügend andere Lampen in dem Raum hatte sollte man diese defekten elektrischen Einrichtungen entfernen. Wir waren zwar nicht betroffen, aber sollte jemand vegane Ernährung beim Frühstück bevorzugen sollte er das im Vorfeld mit dem Personal klären, da wenig Obst und Gemüse und auch keine vegane Milchproduktalternativen am Büffet zur Verfügun standen

The hotel is situated in a quiet location about a 5 minute drive from Bad Tölz. Even though the rooms need renovation regarding furniture and carpeting, our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful. The restaurant downstairs serves great steaks.

Excellent location and service with in site restaurant. burgers, steaks and Bavarian dishes. Pet friendly with no extra fee for fur babies. Walking paths bike and hiking trails nearby,

Comfortable lodgings close to town and forest walks.

Room was a good size and quite airy. Location was very good with proximity to new and old town, but surrounded by forest and bush walks. Breakfast was substantial, and staff very friendly. Good inhouse beer garden and restaurant.

Charming old building

First night music was playing till midnight in the adjacent beer tent. Cheap furniture in the room. Spiderwebs and dead bugs everywhere. Shower door was torn and filthy for a while. Staff was smoking under our window all the time, couldn’t open the window. Breakfast setting was not prepared, food was missing, had to ask… sorry never again!

Nice place for bikers

We stayed at this place as a stop during our bike trip and it was very comfortable. They have a special place to store the bikes, which was very useful. Breakfast and dinner were nice.

A delightful travellers rest with great food and beer. Ideally cited for exploring Bad Tolz. Love it

We chose this venue on our return from Italy as a convenient stop over quite by chance. Little did we know that it was cited in one of the most specular corners of Bavaria, with staff that could not have been more helpful. We arrived later than we had planned (nearing 22:00) and were warmly welcomed. The owners even managed to prepare us a late meal (and a few beers to wash it down with). After a hearty breakfast we spent the next morning exploring the local town at Bad Tolz which is an absolutely amazing town, we wish we could have stayed for longer. We now have this region firmly on the map to come back and do more exploring - thank you Altes Zollhous for being so nice!
