Die Lage, die sehr schönen Zimmer, das lustige Persinal6 an der Bar

Angenehme gehobene Ausstattung im Hotel, Tiefgarage unterm Hotel, Sauna und Fitness im Haus, sowie ein Restaurant mit WIENER Speisen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, genügend Annehmlichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr schön restaurierte Altstadt. Zu Recht UNESCO Welterbe.
Unterschiedlich motiviertes Personal, Zimmer nur oberflächlich gesäubert. Bei Teppichbödenflecken sollte auch entsprechend Reinigungszeug im Putzwagen sein. Türen und Türzagen total verspritzt, hier auch öfter reinigen.

Die Lage war perfekt. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf den historischen Marktplatz sind zu empfehlen.

Leider war während meines Aufenthaltes nur 1 Sauna an, die Dampfsauna außer Betrieb

I liked pretty much everything about the hotel. It's a true 5-star hotel approach to the clients. I missed the opportunity to visit sauna and they kindly arranged it for me individually. Also it was great that my kid got a comfy low bed. This improved the quality of sleep for every member of the family.
Would be amazing if sauna worked 24 hours or at least till midnight and opened at 9:00 or 10:00, not at 12:00.

First we had contact with staff via mobile who let us park the car in their garage. We were then admitted in person and checked in and given the opportunity to upgrade the room standard. Then help with attractions. The next day started with a nice breakfast. The main advantage was the staff, then the nice room, the breakfast and also the possibility of a garage. Very good, which is why we hope to appear with You again.
