Super Luxurious about everything that this hotel has to Offer
Nothing I didn't like about this Hotel. It was Elegant Luxury, Only stayed the One night on a Transit flight. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Just checked in to the property. Reception and valet was very cold in their attitude and not at all pleasant or welcoming. Connected to internet after checking with reception. Was connected to a slow 24h connection, even though my booking is for two nights. Wanted to use TV for the kids . Understood that TV is not smart and iPhones cannot be connected. Technician came and told that iPhones can’t be connected and other phone needs apps to be installed.bar in the room was cleared by the reception on his own will - reason , i dont know- though i was informed. Overall lousy and cold experience. Room for the rates were very average and small size . I travel for work and family quite frequently and stay with IHG and accor group. Very below par experience in comparison
