Extremely friendly & attentative staff. They have EV charging at the parking lot. Very comfortable & spacious room. Lovely view at the opera.

There was a bit of noise from the trams turning-if you like it quieter take a courtyard room.

Generally speaking the hotel was OK.

The air conditioning either didn’t work or was hopelessly inefficient so uncomfortable, and the beds were pretty hard. Treated rather like second class citizens as we weren’t part of a group - ie bar closed one night for a private function (although they allowed one drink as they were in between functions) and restaurant closed another night for a railway touring company, who only took a third of the capacity.
