Great location for Phantasialand, really comfortable room, huge bath and bathroom.

Reception being in a different building was a bit strange but wasn't a deal breaker.

Its in the city center.

The staff just open the door suddenly before our check out time. It was only 10:30am and the check out was 11am. We were not yet done preparing for check out. Good thing that we were already dressed that time. Our privacy was invaded.
