Travelling with kids is hard enough, this apartment had everything we needed to spend a couple of calm days. The stocked wine fridge was a highlight for the parents and the water park near the river for the kids ;) the breakfast was great.
One blind wasn't working so we moved the kids to the bigger bedroom to ensure they slept a bit earlier and longer.

The food was delicous. The wine was impecable with hundreds to choose from. The views were spectacular and our room was lovely. Also, amazing water pressure.
The staff could have been more attentive. Some staff came across as rude and unapproachable, with the atmosphere sometimes coming off as hostile. We were given little support in finding parking. After asking for directions at reception, we were given extremely vague instructions and ended up only finding a sport 30+ minutes later and needed to walk 9 minutes from our car with our luggage to the hotel. We would've greatly appreciated more support in this. Wifi was slow and there was very little service available.
