I like warm hospitality, warmth of the staff especially Mr James, Mr vidhi, Mr Abdullah, Mr anas, ms Kate, Ms shikha, Ms jesel at the front desk and Mr Robert, Mr Sandeep, Mr hashim, Ms tan jee in restaurant caffe
I did not like the water temperature due to the summer

I liked the staff attitude, very friendly, warm and welcoming. Every one to name the few, Mr mohammad, Mr Abdullah, Mr anas, Ms Kate, Ms shikha, duty manager Mr rodi, cleaning staff Mr Nazir and Anthony were all skillful and hospitable.
I like the quietness and conformable environment of the place
