Silberkönig Schwarzwald Hotel & Restaurant Ringhotel

Clean, Organized, lovely staff, breakfast, quiet area, on its own large land no crowded surroundings, centered close to activities.

There was small issue that happened with me that i think needs attention, on my first day i left my room keys at the reception in the morning and head out to europa park and i wasnt informed that the hotel close all its gates at night, (it was written rule didnt get to read it so i take 49.5% of the blame), so when we got back at midnight we were locked outside with a child and a baby with no way to enter .. luckly there was someone else that cameback late that day and let us in. I think residents should be informed with this rule/arragement Face2Face when they get their key, or at least for the reception to validate at the end of the day before closing if any inhabitated room keys are left behind and contact the owners. Another thing, is lack of Airconditioning, this summer was Hot, i think all the hotels faced this not just this one, they provided us with 2 fans which helped a lot, but still it was tough.

The location was on the edge of town in a rural setting. The food was very good The hotel had a very nice exterior appearance

The room lighting was not good for reading and the furniture was dated.

Nice German Breakfast and great choice.... Owner and receiption very friendly and helpfull also breakfast service

we had very bad experiance with a staff for dinner ... she mix up many order as we were big family group and at the end she treat us very badly... the rooms have old power plugs and also use very difficult children protected plugs which hard to use. shower box was very small and basic standard only

The asset is a little tired. Staff were engaged and helpful. Needs a little upgrading. Plus variety in the menu.

Fixed buffet was limiting. Old rooms.
