Location is great, room was very nice and spotless clean just a bit small.
We had at the beginning room towards the Coco Park, which turned to be very noisy during the night due to the club’s close by. Our wish to change to a quiet room was granted without any issues, still maybe the hotel could warn guests about this. For example our kids had no issues with the noise and preferred to stay in the room with the view towards the Ping An Finance Centre.
Room a bit small and some of the stuff is difficult to communicate with due to English language barrier.

Nice location and view of the surrounding area.
Smoky smell in the room, breakfast was not at 5 star level and pool was closed 9-5 without prior notice.
