The staffs work with integrity and respect! To name but few: Mr Pallav, this is my second stay at the hotel, but in my recent stay, at some point I wanted to change my hotel but his exceptional customer service gave me the courage to stay and I am looking forward to my next stay. Second is Blessing, she is very welcoming and to be honest, the entire team are really doing exceptional job.
Sahar at the canteen is also a five star staff and the girls particularly the Zimbabwe girl, she is elegant, focus and attend to customers with high focus and walk smiles.
There is one younger boy at the canteen, Philippine apprentice, he really needs lots of training.
Other than that, I believe everyone is doing great job.

Breakfast... Cleanliness and staff support...
Parking was terrible... No underground parking... No EV charging station... Your car would be parked in the sun in a public parking area... Though they have mentioned ev charging station in available... They said it is not working... So we had to go out for charging our vehicle every time.. with the same price we stayed in movenpick in Dubai creek last time . That was exceptional...
