the serviece was very good very clean، and the food was great
was little bit hard to walk around the pool with baby stroller and was very weard that at the dinning room some people smoke and it was ok and legal.. we had to stop the dinner because it was very disturbing. just couldn't breath

The hotel breakfast is a mass of unrestrained screaming kids, made worse by the hotel bringing in people dressed in costumes. It was chaotic noise. Instead there should be a separate area for families so that it’s possible to have a quiet and enjoyable time. It was the same in the bar the night before, the noise was ridiculous, it was like a childcare centre on steroids. The hotel has earned a reputation as the place for families - so beware if you’re on holidays or a business trip, this is not the place to be.
