I liked that everything was up to the German standard. The lady at the breakfast was very kind. Everything was so clean and organized despite how convenient the price is. There are many facilities and quiet places around the Hof.
My biggest issue was that I came a bit unprepared, I didn't have much water when I arrived and even though notices say the restaurant opens in the afternoon, it was closed for the entire stay. If you are hungry there are three restaurants that do delivery in the afternoon but only cash and for more than 30 euros, the problem I only had 20 cash on me. Also, no gas stations or markets nearby, public transport will take you 1 hour to and from - these issues can be avoided if you come by car as most people do.

The cleanliness, spacious and close proximity to Heidi Park.
Instruction for late check in could be done a bit better. It's not easy to find the apartment as it is at the basement and it was dark at night (no lights) to locate the apartment.

The fire alarm was ringing when we arrived. No personal was available to attend to this issue. We had to figure it out ourselves. Clearly a false alarm but very annoying.
