Breakfast was very nice. We got upgraded by Wang Yang and he did a great job with guest service. Staff is very nice and responsive.
I like the convenience to Guangzhou CAN airport so we did not have to get a taxi 1.5 hours into the city.
Pool is outside pool. And it was quite cold outside so we did not get to use it. Breakfast was good but the space felt a little empty as far as some of the tables with food.

Make it easier for Wi-Fi /Internet to work properly for foreign travelers can be improved.
Im sure it works perfectly fine for locals.

I stayed for one day to catch my next day flight . Hotel is close to Terminal 1 while for other terminals you would need a shuttle bus to reach it. Room size can fit perfectly for one person not more. Most of staff were very good English speakers which is perfect in China.
The room felt a bit dim and could benefit from a brighter colors , more uplifting atmosphere.
