Großzügiges, reichhaltiges und qualitätsvolles Frühstücksbuffet; am Tor zur Wachau, eindrucksvoller Blick auf Stift Melk, wunderschöne Anlage mit Gärten und Freiflächen, direkte Verbindung zum Seminar- und Verstaltungszentrum im herrlichen, historischen Schloss Luberegg; freundliches Personal, herzliche und gastfreundliche Eigentümerfamilie.

Frühstück gut, nette Praktikantin vor Ort, Essen und Service im nahe gelegenen Heurigen sehr gut. Deckenkühlung sehr angenehm, hundefreundlich, schöne Außenanlage
Kaum Personal wochentags, eine Praktikantin, Restaurant gesperrt, nicht einmal ein Kaffee im Automaten erhältlich, kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, für bed&breakfast zu teuer

Breakfast offering and staff serving breakfast were great.
Bathroom was of a good size and well furnished.
cleaners were helpful members of staff.
Checking in and checking out with different staff members/possibly owners was not friendly and welcoming. They really need to observe the customer service provided by other staff members.
Taking into account that it is out of season ,the exterior of the property required attention.
Example --- emptying full and water logged ashtrays on outside tables. Removing old furnishings from customer view.

"The staff was excellent and super helpful. The restaurant at the property was closed, due to the bank holiday in Austria but one nice lady helped us to order food at a restaurant nearby. Cool!"
