Exceptionally friendly staff. Got a free Innsbruck card which meant we could travel into Innsbruck by bus for free.
Breakfast was also great

It was reasonably priced but a little further outside of Innsbrook then maybe needed. We had two rooms for family which were connected, which worked well.
We were there on a Monday and the restaurant and every other restaurant in the whole area were pretty much shut which was quite annoying. It would’ve been good if the hotel had opened their doors.

Very friendly staff and owner, room clean spacious
There is no lift and we have a couple of big suitcases, which was a bit hard to carry all the way up.
