We loved everything about it, the hotel was very well maintained, the staff was really very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and it was on a wonderful room, I really compliment the staff of this hotel, then very convenient to go to the city or the surrounding area which are beautiful, I recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely everything! Great hotel staff, absolutely amazing design of the hotel and rooms! My top recommendation in this region! This is a pearl near Innsbruck!
One of that cases when we can’t remember any bad or improper things in hotel - breakfast was great, everything worked as expected, it was extremely clean and staff was polite and friendly!

I loved all the rustic antiques throughout the hotel and the breakfast buffet was both delicious and plentiful. The owners and staff were excellent hosts and they made me feel very welcome.

Restaurant Bini beside the hotel was super.

Breadcrums in chairs, hair and black things on toilet, mirror dirty, toothpaste on walls and more....
Shower was leaking water, window screen only could be closed partly and some other things need to be repared.
Room very noisy. Upstair and beside neighbours you could hear sneezing and talking loudly.

we got an upgrade to junior suite with iut own whirlpool in the room. the relaxing area was nice including a sauna, infrared cabin, water bath. the breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh, fresh fruits, homemade smoothies and also vegan friendly. top located to the bus station and many hiking paths starts straight in front of the door.
you couldn't lock the bathroom door, also it didnt close properly

I was travelling on business and only spent one night at this hotel. Despite that, this small and cozy hotel made me feel like I was in a vacation in the Alps which is really high praise considering how busy my schedule and mind were at the time. The staff was very friendly and overall it was a very charming location to stay in.
I was really happy with my choice and it brightened my day. Would definitely recommend.

First, I couldn't arrive to check-in properly. I've just underestimated the highways after the winter holidays. No problem for the very friendly hotel stuff. Everything was arranged for me. Thank you very much.
The hotel is situated up the hill in the village of Götzens, outside of Innsbruck. The panoramic scenery of the Tirol's Alps is just breathtaking. The interior of the hotel is decorated with the old paintings and antiquities. One has the feeling being in an old Austrian castle. The room is quite big, with a larger corridor, a separate toilette and a bathroom, a small kitchen as a part of the corridor (with a smaller fridge and hotplates). At the end of it there is a large double-sized bed and a large sofa opposite to it. One can take a walk outside of the room on the large terrace with an exceptional view.
Everything was clean and well prepared. The astonishing breakfast was simply a magnificent supplement to my stay in Tirol. Thank you very much. I will certainly return.

excellent location surrounded by beautiful nature. Easy access to the local ski resorts. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast spread which was served in a quaint restaurant area. the staff are so friendly, a wonderful family run hotel.

A quirky characterful and welcoming traditional Austrian hotel. The restaurant next door Binis, was also superb and fun. Breakfast in the hotel was lavish and generous.

It was very wonderful stay - all staffs are very friendly and helpful(one of the staff kindly gave me good tips for trekking and cable car when I asked), the room was well decorated and very clean. There were the essential stuff like a kettle, cups, plates, teas, hair dryer, and soap etc in the room :)
The breakfast was really great! I didn’t expect this perfect buffet - Breads, spreads, salami, salmon, yogurt, egg scramble, fresh juices, coffee etc… All were good. On top of that the breakfast place was very cozy and has stunning view.
The location was also very convenient as the bus stop is just 1 min away from the hotel and only takes 15 mins to go to Innsbruck city centre. If you want to enjoy beautiful mountain view & countryside environment but still be close to city centre, this hotel is the perfect to you.
If you stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend to walk to Liftstüberl Birgitz restaurant as it has stunning panoramic view - one of the most beautiful view in Innsbruck :) I attached the photos.
And the hotel gave me a cute soap as a souvenir when I check out. I’d definitely come back again! Thank you so much

The staff was exceptional. I had only booked for one night but despite being almost full, they were able to find me a room for a second night. They also recommended local attractions I otherwise wouldn't have know about and local restaurants. They explained how to use the bus system (free pass with 2 night stay and only 5km from downtown Innsbruck). The hotel is attractively decorated throughout with recycled doors, woodwork, and fixtures from old buildings from the area. The rooms have in-room tea/coffee making supplies. Some have a sink, hot plate, and fridge. All have views out over the nearby mountains.
The breakfast choices were incredible--many kinds of bread, tea, coffee, eggs, vegetables, fish, meat, cheese, juices, cereal and toppings, jams, and cookies.

Very noisy late at night due to party on the balcony outside our room still partying at midnight. Breakfast was poor scrambled egg was burned. Restaurant closed on the day we arrived so no food available they advised us to walk into town after a long drive.

The room was a good size and well equipped with mini kitchenette, balcony area, seating areas, and a fantastic shower! The view was tremendous - mountain view and the church across. Of the seven places we stayed on this trip, this place had by far the best breakfast buffet - very fresh and with many delicious foods on offer. I loved the traditional decor, feel and vibe of the place. Staff were very kind and lovely. A great place to use as a base for exploring the area.
There was a step in the room not far from the base of the bed. My husband forgot about it the first night, missed it, and fell. The view of the church across from us was lovely, but the bells never stopped! Bring ear plugs!

Great thing is the hotel's focus on sustainability and also it's atmosphere. We were delighted by the room's typical decorations and designs. View of the mountains was stunning. Availability of local and healthy pieces for breakfast was amazing.
