Lovely location in Gotzens. Easy to get around on the local buses- free with the welcome card. Lovely family run hotel with super helpful staff. We stayed in the family room and it was perfect for the 5 of us.

We liked how responsive the staff was. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent but not many options for picky kids
Bathroom door didn’t lock. There were no shelves inside the shower

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the bed was very cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would be happy to return in the future.

Location, playroom for the children
Room was a jumble of things, too many and unnecessary things, no space for the luggage. Size very small and we even booked a Junior Suite!
Not particularly clean either, I had to wash the tub before using. Jacuzzi was not working. We were a family of 4 and we got just 1 big towel!
No black curtains to shade from the light in morning…
Not worth the money sadly
