Die Lage ist super , die Zimmer nicht zu klein und sehr schön eingerichtet , Parkplatz muss man Glück haben

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet Das badezimmerlicht war nicht zu benutzen da es durchgängig geblitzt hat

Es gab zimmerservice nur gegen 10€ Aufpreis und kein Frühstück

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, leider ohne Frühstück

Frühstück gibt es hier nicht. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Joghurt und so, aber das ist vergleichsweise teuer.

Nice hotel in the old part of the town

We enjoyed all the information we received prior to our arrival. There is a public parking space right up front. We had a late arrival but everything was set up before for us. Very convenient. There is coffee machine in the room, which is a nice touch. The room was clean. Would recommend for a shorter stay.

The bed was squeaky so we could not sleep. Each time someone rolled to the other side it made a noise. The room was also a bit cold - the bathroom was ok! Also the Greta poster, it has a nice message on it, but it does not suit the interior of the hotel, the atmosphere and overall theme of the hotel. Frankly it annoyed me so much I am using my time to write about it here. Take her down and leave the environment message - im sure there are local figures more appropriate to use on that poster.

Good location but basic and impersonal

The hotel was clean, fairly modern and in a central location. Was only a 2 minute walk to the Christmas market and 5 minute walk to most restaurants. Currently there is no breakfast available, but my room had a coffee machine and there is some basic food in a fridge in the lobby. Ironing is available in the lobby. No gym.

The hotel is basic and a bit impersonal as there's no real reception available and you hardly seen any staff. When arriving outside normal hours, keys are just left on a table near the entrance but the front door is locked with a pin required (which is sent via email so don't miss it and wait in the cold like I did). Parking was extremely limited (made harder by the Christmas market) and we often had to park and walk 10-15 minutes.

Old building but made modern for the bathroom inside the room .mine was a big room but a small on suite bathroom.very nice town worth a stay .host was helpful with information before I arrived .

Everything was really good, but most outstanding was the service and help by the host. He helped us with everything we needed, such as taxis and restaurants.

Great value

Property was close to downtown. When Covid canceled my 2020 trip, Hotel Scholl refunded my deposit. Hotel Goldener Adler kept my 900 Euro deposit.

Coffee available downstairs would have been excellent

Gorgeous old building with character and friendly staff

The man who checked us in was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. He was really great - even helped me with my bags. The building is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Although there was no air conditioning and the weather was warm, our room was cool and comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

I wished there was a small fridge in the room. This is a personal opinion, but I thought the paint color in our room was pretty bad (pea greenish yellow) - the room would have been beautiful in a more neutral shade.

Improvisation for a high price

Great location

Door code didn’t work several times, staff didn’t respond to emergency and didn’t apologize. Lift didn’t work one day either.

Nice hotel

The hotel is nice, with great location. The room was big and comfortable.

No staff were available at the reception during check in. We had to call them to inform them about our arrival. The same during checkout. So we kind of lost some time waiting for the receptionist to come to the hotel instead of being there. However, the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
