The location is special
Peace and quite away from the city
Great pool and the restaurant bar and main areas the best.
The AC fan very noisy
The control of the fan didn’t really work as the AC always seemed to be on and noisy.

This hotel has a beautiful resort feel surrounded by mountains. Loved the cabin feel, pools were great, lots to do activity wise, close to dam etc and service was excellent. Would stay again!

Food was really good, facility is decently maintained but it is old now so they should consider renovation of rooms in phases but location is impressive. In winters or cooler time this place must be a a true enjoyment, for August. it was still hot. Staff was cordial and supportive.
Half Board usually comes with Buffet but there was no buffet so meal options and its serving was limited and if you like to order additional main course you pay which i did so was not a fun to have half board and then still pay for meals on top of it.

Room was excellent
Housekeeping service failure, made up the room but forgot to replace bottled water, replace coffee capsules, did not clean the coffee machine spillage / drips
First night evening restauant service excellent, second evening waiter service was not so good, food delivered in the wrong order, starter and a main delivered to the guest together - poorly presented - in-experienced waiting staff unfortunately.
Hotel appears to provide a car park to hotel buggy service but the hotel is not observing full time so really hit and miss - likewise, the check-in reception team did not provide a welcome drink upon check in but did provide this to others, so inconsistent service, just the little things that become annoying.
