We had one of the best and most memorable stays recently staying at JA Hatta Fort Hotel. Everything was excellent, the reception, the welcome, the professionalism of the staff, and their extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. Special thanks to Ms Hager and Mr Methul for their amazing hospitality when dining at the hotel's restaurants, very friendly staff, and genuine hospitality offered to us. The hotel is very tranquil, secluded, private and surrounded by amazing, beautiful nature all around. A true escape from the bustling life of the city. Also, a big thank you to Mr Jan Majerski - General Manager of the hotel - for his hospitality and care of all his guests, and attention to detail throughout the hotel's operations. The food is delicious, we tried the à la carte and buffet, both were fantastic, definitely one of the region's best hotels, such an iconic hotel, and we're definitely returning. Thank you! :)
The pools could be slightly bigger. Could be a part of a planned renovation in the near future. Nothing else to highlight.

Location is great and it’s pet friendly the dinner was lovely and bar has been refreshed
The price I haven’t been in over 10 years and I assumed it had had a major overhaul to justify the price. The rooms had a new bathroom and paint but that was it. Service was limited check in was delayed really limited past 10pm room service and carry your own bags from room as even when I checked out staff watched is carrying bags did not offer to help. You could stay in ritz Al Wafi for cheaper and be blown away for service and room details. This place is playing fully on location
