The hotel has a beautiful location directly on Lake Dieksee, with wonderful views and easy access to the lakeside promenade. The breakfast was very good and varied, and the two-room arrangement worked well for our family.

Nice location, by the lake. Really quiet and good place to take walks and enjoy the surroundings. The pool and the whirlpool facilities were really nice and relaxing, although the temperature in the main pool could be a bit warmer.
Overall the cleanness needs to be improved. Although the room itself was pretty clean, on the hallways and around the hotel were spider webs and insects to be seen. This was really off putting so to say. The parking is not too big and it is costing extra per night.

We liked everything! The location is so beautiful. The view from the room was amazing. The nature around the hotel was like the paradise. A very special warm atmosphere in the restaurant and very warm and welcoming staff. There was a great variety of foods for breakfast, everything fresh and very tasty.

The view was nice over the lake. The wifi was great everywhere, on the entire premises, even sufficient on the balcony of the room. The pool was never busy, always nice. The staff was amazing. Even the ones who barely spoke English, made an effort to try so when they noticed my German was horrible. The food was good quality. The beds were amazing.
In terms of location, for this town, it was good, at the edge of the lake. But for things to do for younger generations, not much around. Only a handful of restaurants, even less terraces for drinks. Although the food quality was great, the prices were high and the portions were small.
