Location and service were amazing, also breakfast is good. the place is clean and near so many restaurants and in between 2 bus stations. which make transportation from\to Garmisch and Eibsee Lake very convenient.
There is no kettle or drinks corner, also wifi was very poor. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable very loose and might serve more as bed styling rather that an actual pillows.

I enjoyed the overall peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were clean and pleasant, with a charming rustic style, and everything was spotless and well organized. Being located a bit away from the city added to the feeling of rest and tranquility. The surroundings were quiet, what makes it perfect for relaxing.
I was disappointed with the lack of hospitality. Although the receptionist became somewhat pleasant after some interaction, the overall attitude felt cold, unwelcoming, like they were doing us a favour. Constant discomfort. There was no assistance with tourist information even though there were things to do (train trip lake walk etc.). I also felt uncomfortable when I wanted to wait 30 minutes in the reception area for our bus because it was cold and snowing outside. When I asked to use the bathroom one last time for my son before leaving, I was directed to a public restroom in the village, which I found extremely insensitive.
Additionally, the windows in the room had no blackout curtains, so light made it difficult for my son to sleep. Considering the price, I expected a more welcoming and considerate experience.
I would have liked to become a regular guest for relaxing weekend stays, but I will look for another place instead.
